Should You Help Markold or the Miners?

Blackmailing him is not recommended due to a challenging Speech check that would abruptly end the quest.

Instead, the best choice is to side with the miners. Deliver the letter to Markold as planned, and he will give you seven groschen, instructing you to meet some miners north of the city. Head to the designated spot, wait for the miners, and then proceed to their camp. Engage with Myslibor, and when Markold attacks, aid the miners in defeating him. This action will conclude the quest, and speaking with Myslibor will reward you with 160 groschen, alongside the satisfaction of improving the miners' working conditions.
