ARK Genesis Part 2 Unveils Novel Biomes and Creatures

Following the June release of Genesis Part 1, ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition has now launched the Genesis Part 2 expansion. This update concludes the original ARK narrative, picking up directly where Part 1 left off. Continue reading to discover what's new.

A Vast New World

You awaken aboard a massive deep-space colony ship, once again greeted by your AI companion, HLN-A. From there, you are immediately plunged into a final showdown with the corrupted Sir Edmund Rockwell.

Genesis Part 2 introduces an expansive new map to ARK Mobile. The Genesis Ship is divided into two massive rings. The right side, Eden, is a verdant, lush landscape teeming with familiar wildlife and traditional terrain.

The left side is a corrupted ring, shrouded in an eerie purple glow and inhabited by grotesque, mutated creatures under Rockwell's command. Separating them is the Space zone, a hazardous area littered with asteroids that shift and change after hyperspace events.

The expansion introduces numerous new story missions and biomes. You'll explore serene plateaus and cascading waterfalls in the Eden Zone, as well as the hostile Corrupted Gardens, a region deformed by Rockwell's experiments.

New Creatures in ARK Mobile Genesis Part 2

The Maewing serves as both a nurturing guardian and a swift glider, while Noglins use mind-control abilities to turn foes against one another. The space-faring Astrodelphis offers a stark contrast to the formidable, robotic Stryder, a versatile workhorse.

Shadowmanes can blend into their surroundings, Voidwyrms present new aerial threats, and the Summoner can call allies to assist during combat. The expansion also offers valuable loot, including rare Tek items.

Genesis Part 2 is available at no additional cost for ARK Pass subscribers. Otherwise, it can be purchased separately for $9.99. You can download ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition now from the Google Play Store.
