Set in the year 2074, twelve years after the events of the original Girls' Frontline, the story is set in Eastern Europe. Players can explore various zones such as the Black Zone, Red Zone, Yellow Zone, and Purification Zone. The game also introduces different factions like the Union of Rossartrism Nations Coalition, Private Military Contractors, and Griffin & Kryuger.
