The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid Season Cup (MSC) is set to electrify Riyadh once again in 2025 as part of the Esports World Cup (EWC), showcasing top-tier international competition with an impressive $3 million prize pool. The excitement begins with the Wildcard stage, running from July 10th to 13th during the EWC Festival. This crucial phase offers teams a final opportunity to secure their place in the main event. Following this, the MSC tournament itself will unfold from July 23rd to August 2nd, featuring 16 elite MLBB teams.
The tournament's format remains tried and true, starting with a group stage divided into two double-elimination brackets, each containing eight teams. The top performers will advance to a thrilling single-elimination playoff to determine the champion. In addition to the hefty prize pool, the tournament MVP will receive a $10,000 bonus, adding extra incentive to excel.
Qualification battles are already heating up worldwide. Teams from powerhouse regions like MPL Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and LATAM are fiercely competing for their spots. Meanwhile, champions from regions such as Cambodia, Türkiye, and Myanmar are either already qualified or on the verge of securing their places.
The North America Challenger Tournament has concluded, with BloodThirstyKings emerging victorious and earning their spot in the MSC. The MSC x EWC China Qualifier and the MSC Wildcard in July will finalize the lineup.
