The event will run from 2 PM to 5 PM local time, so don't miss out on this limited window. Gigantamax Kingler will be available in six-star Max Battles, and you might even encounter a Shiny version if luck is on your side, according to *Pokémon GO*'s official event details.

Gigantamax Kingler Max Battle Day Pokémon GO Event Bonuses

During the event, you'll have access to several bonuses that can enhance your gameplay. Here's what you can expect:

• Max Particle collection limit increased to 1,600
• All Power Spots will host Gigantamax Battles
• Power Spots will refresh more frequently
• 8x Max Particles from Power Spots

Additionally, starting from 12 AM to 5 PM local time on February 1, 2025, the following bonuses will be active:

• 2x Max Particles from exploring
• 1/4 adventuring distance to receive Max Particles

To benefit from these last two bonuses, you must collect all Max Particles in the Nearby menu. Keep an eye on the Nearby menu daily to collect Max Particles while exploring.

During the event, you can purchase event-exclusive Timed Research for $5 (or the equivalent in your local currency), available from 2 PM to 5 PM local time on February 1, 2025. The rewards include:

Tickets can be purchased and gifted to *Pokémon GO* friends at a Great Friends level or higher. However, tickets will only be available until 4 PM local time during the event, and purchases are non-refundable and cannot be made with PokéCoins.
