The beloved cast, including Millie Bobby Brown reprising her role as the titular detective and Henry Cavill returning as her older brother Sherlock Holmes, will be back to unravel new mysteries. In an official blog post, Netflix shared the exciting details about the upcoming film. Millie Bobby Brown, known for her roles in "Stranger Things" and "The Electric State," will once again step into the shoes of Enola Holmes. Joining her is Henry Cavill, famous for "Mission: Impossible – Fallout" and "Man of Steel," as Sherlock Holmes. The film will also see the return of Louis Partridge as Tewkesbury, Himesh Patel as Dr. John Watson, Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster as Moriarty.
Directed by Philip Barantini, the mastermind behind the acclaimed one-take crime drama "Adolescence," and penned by Jack Thorne, the writer of the previous Enola Holmes films, "Enola Holmes 3" is based on Nancy Springer's "The Enola Holmes Mysteries." The plot follows Enola as she tackles a new mystery on the island nation of Malta. Even while on holiday, mystery seems to follow Enola, pulling her into a complex web of intrigue. As she navigates this new case, she also continues to develop her relationship with Tewkesbury.
