Black Clover M Ends Service Two Years After Launch

Black Clover M: Rise of the Wizard King has announced it will be ending service today. The game, which was released worldwide on November 30th, 2023 following a regional soft launch, is now shutting down. This brings the mobile title's nearly two-year journey to a close.

When Does Black Clover M End Service?

Service is scheduled to conclude on August 20th, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Purchases of all paid items will be suspended starting June 20th. Existing paid items, battle passes, and packs can still be used until the final shutdown in August.

The last major content update is set for June 25th. This release includes new material based on the film Black Clover: The Magic Emperor’s Sword, and introduces two mages featured in the movie.

Additionally, black crystals—both paid and free—will be offered at significantly reduced exchange rates, as low as 1 to 10 crystals. New player registrations will also be disabled after the June 25th maintenance.

Once the game closes, refunds will be available for any unused paid black crystals. The refund process starts August 20th and continues until November 17th, 2025.

To request a refund, you will need details such as your email address, nickname, AID, date of birth, and remaining crystal balance. Customer support will also stop operations around this time, with the help desk closing on November 17th, 2025.

Have You Played It?

This mobile RPG immerses players in the world of Black Clover from Shonen Jump and TV Tokyo. It blends turn-based combat and character collection based on the anime's storyline. You form teams of magic knights, strengthen their abilities, and work toward earning the title of Wizard King.

At launch, the game was commended for capturing the anime's appeal on mobile. However, like many contemporary gacha games, it soon faced feedback regarding its character advancement and game systems.

Still, if you're a fan of the series and want to explore its game adaptation, you can download it via the Google Play Store.
