Your journey begins by picking up a lead from Wyndham Village about Dr. Garrow's whereabouts. From there, you'll need to embark on a rescue mission to save her. Dr. Garrow is imprisoned deep within the Protocol prison camp in Skethermoor, and reaching her is no small feat due to the heavy presence of Protocol soldiers.
To ease your infiltration, consider meeting Captain Grant Sims in Wyndham Village. By assisting him with tasks like recovering stolen items, you can gain favor with Protocol, at least temporarily.
When you're ready, head to the Protocol prison camp located on the southernmost border of Skethermoor. The entrance to the underground prison is at the end of the southernmost road, marked by a giant green door.
