Alphadia III: KEMCO

Alphadia III has officially launched today for global Android players, marking the third installment in the acclaimed Alphadia series. Developed by EXE CREATE and published by KEMCO, the game initially debuted in Japan back in October of the previous year.

What’s the Story in Alphadia III?

Set in the year 970 of the Alphadian calendar, Alphadia III plunges players into the climactic phase of the Energi War, a sprawling conflict centered around the control of a mysterious life force known as energi. The world is divided into three major powers: the Schwarzschild Empire in the north, the Nordsheim Kingdom in the west, and the Luminea Alliance in the east, each vying for dominance over this vital resource.

As the situation teeters on the brink of collapse, the narrative introduces a clone soldier named Alfonso. The story takes a pivotal turn when a girl named Tarte arrives with news of a fellow clone's death, sparking a transformative moment in Alfonso's journey.

What’s the Gameplay Like?

Alphadia III retains the series' signature turn-based combat viewed from a side perspective, presented in a charming pixel art style. The game features several systems, including SP Skills that accumulate during battles and can dramatically shift the tide of combat when deployed at the right moment.

Players can also utilize Arrays, which are strategic battle formations that unlock progressively, offering diverse tactics to overcome different challenges. A novel addition to the gameplay is the Energi Crock, where players can deposit surplus items. Over time, this Crock generates Energi Elements, which can be exchanged for equipment or other rewards at in-game shops.

Throughout the game, players will encounter various factions, such as the peacekeeping Deval alliance and elite military groups like Nordsheim's Rosenkreutz. Additionally, the game showcases different energi clone models, with Nordsheim deploying the Berger Series and Schwarzschild utilizing the Delta Series.

Beyond the central narrative, Alphadia III offers a wealth of side content and is optimized for controller use. You can purchase the game on the Google Play Store for $7.99, or opt for the freemium version on Android, which includes ads.
