Back in January, Bluepoch Games announced an exciting upcoming collaboration, and now, they've released more details on the much-anticipated Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed crossover. This event will bring the iconic Ezio Auditore da Firenze into the world of Reverse: 1999 as a playable character.
In partnership with Ubisoft, the crossover will celebrate two beloved entries in the Assassin’s Creed series: Assassin’s Creed II and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. A teaser released in January showcased Vertin navigating a rainy street, with the glowing Assassin’s Creed logo appearing ominously in the distance, setting the stage for what's to come.
Get Ready to Welcome Ezio from Assassin’s Creed into Reverse: 1999!
The comprehensive plan for the crossover has been unveiled, with a planned launch on Android, iOS, and PC set for August 2025. In addition to featuring Ezio, the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed collaboration promises a wealth of exciting content.
The crossover is structured into two distinct phases, each introducing unique Assassin’s Creed-themed stories and events. Phase I transports players to Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her crew will navigate the 15th-century Italian landscape, deciphering cryptic clues and embarking on thrilling adventures.
Phase II takes a dramatic shift to ancient Greece, immersing players in the world of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Fans of the game will undoubtedly recognize some of the events and settings as Vertin and her team become entangled in epic historical narratives.

It’s a Special Crossover
This update marks a significant milestone for Reverse: 1999, as it will be the first time all servers worldwide are synchronized, ensuring that everyone can access the event content simultaneously.
Reverse: 1999 is a time-traveling RPG that seamlessly blends modern and retro aesthetics. Players assume the role of Vertin, the Timekeeper, who possesses immunity to a mysterious phenomenon known as The Storm. Following the storms, entire eras vanish, prompting Vertin and her partner, Sonetto, to journey through different time periods to rescue other arcanists sensitive to these temporal shifts.
