Microsoft has reportedly apologized to Jyamma Games for significant delays in the Xbox certification process for Enotria: The Last Song. The apology follows reports of Microsoft neglecting Jyamma Games' submission for over two months, leading to the developer's announcement of an indefinite postponement of the Xbox release.
Jyamma CEO Jacky Greco previously voiced frustration on the game's Discord, stating that Microsoft's lack of response indicated a lack of concern for both the game and its players. He highlighted the completed Xbox Series X/S version and the financial investment in porting, emphasizing the impact of Microsoft's inaction.
This situation shifted dramatically following Microsoft's apology. Jyamma Games publicly thanked Phil Spencer and his team on Twitter (X) for their swift response and assistance in resolving the issue. The studio also acknowledged and appreciated the vocal support from the player community.
