Get Ready for Gigantamax Pokémon in Pokémon GO!
The GO Wild Area event introduces Toxtricity, the Punk Pokémon. Catch both its standard and Dynamax forms by collaborating in Max Battles; a Dynamax Toxtricity may even be a Special Research reward.
Gigantamax Pokémon dramatically increase in size and alter their appearance. Teams of up to 40 Trainers are needed to conquer these behemoths, demanding strategy, coordination, and plenty of Max Particles.
Max Particles are crucial for powering up your Pokémon's Max Moves, including the unique G-Max Move for each Gigantamax species. The Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global event runs November 23rd and 24th. Check out the trailer below!
Familiar Dynamax Pokémon, identifiable by their red glow and swirling clouds, are already appearing in Pokémon GO. Trainers level 13 and above can access the "To the Max!" Special Research, guiding them to these massive creatures.
Power Spots, the locations for Max Battles, are scattered throughout the game world, but their positions change. Exploration is key to finding them.
