The Fortnite x MonsterVerse collaboration, launching January 17th, has been fully revealed by dataminers. While a standard Godzilla skin will be available via the battle pass, the in-game store will feature a bundle including Mechagodzilla and Kong skins. This bundle also boasts unique jetpacks and pickaxes designed for each character.
A new boss event will coincide with the launch. One player will transform into a giant Godzilla, utilizing atomic breath and other abilities. Players must collaborate to defeat the monstrous kaiju, with the highest damage dealer receiving a unique medallion.
The Mechagodzilla and Kong bundle pricing in the Fortnite item shop is as follows:
- Kong: 1500 V-bucks
- Mechagodzilla: 1800 V-bucks
- Two Pickaxes: 800 V-bucks each
- One Emote: 400 V-bucks
- Two Wraps: 500 V-bucks each
- Complete Bundle: 2800 V-bucks
Separately, hints on social media suggest a potential collaboration with Hatsune Miku is in the works. The Fortnite account acknowledged possession of a missing Miku backpack, fueling speculation of a future in-game appearance. This potential collaboration could include a Miku skin (possibly a "Catgirl" variant), a stylized pickaxe, and even a virtual concert.
