Passengers must present their electronic ticket on their phone to transport inspectors or drivers for fare verification.
Electronic tickets remain valid until reaching the final destination and can be found in the "Valid Tickets" section. Previous travel history is available under "Travel Details".

Common reasons for payment failures from mobile balance:
- Corporate mobile numbers;
- Outstanding trust payments;
- No account top-ups since number activation;
- Initial balance not utilized;
- SIM card replacement within 24 hours before payment.
Passengers can freely create virtual transport cards through the app. Self-service registration is available for standard and student cards. Special category cards require office registration with supporting documents.
Virtual cards can be recharged using card numbers within this application or through third-party platforms like Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (homebank), and others.
Required system permissions:
1) Camera - QR code scanning and QR scanner functionality
2) Location - City map display, automatic bus detection for simplified fare payment (using GPS to match passenger and bus locations), route planning with transfers from current location to destination. Address input available via map or text entry.
