*Entropy Effect* offers a few methods to acquire more Prototype Analyzers, though they require patience and effort.

- Unlocking 10 gray skills
- Unlocking 20 gray skills

Additionally, without giving away any spoilers, you'll receive one after completing a crucial event later in the story. Unlocking green skills via Potential, however, does not provide Prototype Analyzers. Unless developer 91Act introduces new skills or other methods through story quests, you're limited to earning three.
