Super Mario RPG is a faithful remake of the 1996 SNES classic, which was a standout title among an array of fantastic games. Nintendo has done an exceptional job preserving the original's charm and fun, while introducing a host of modern enhancements. These include updated visuals, music, gameplay mechanics, and several small but impactful quality-of-life UI improvements that bring the game up to today's standards.
In our review, IGN's Tom Marks praised the game, saying, "Super Mario RPG is considered a classic for a reason, and this wonderfully faithful remake makes it easy for anyone who missed it in the SNES era to see why.
