Thatgamecompany is set to start 2025 with a vibrant update for their all-ages MMO, Sky: Children of the Light. The new Season of Radiance update is bringing a burst of color to the game, addressing any previous lack of chromatic variety.
The highlight of this update is the introduction of the Dye Workshop, located in the Aviary Village. Here, the Radiance Guide will walk you through the process of using dyes to transform your cosmetics into a dazzling array of colors. This isn't just about aesthetics; the update also introduces new Dark Plants that you'll need to harvest across the kingdom to create these dyes. You can even mix dyes to concoct unique and interesting hues.
Alongside the dye system, the update includes new cosmetics such as hairstyles, capes, and outfits, giving you plenty of options to experiment with your new dyes.
All the colours of the rainbowThe Season of Radiance event is scheduled to begin on January 20th. While it's surprising that it took Thatgamecompany this long to introduce such a feature, it's sure to add a new layer of enjoyment for both new and veteran players.
