Machine Yearning: A Brain-Bending Robot Job for Humans
This isn't your typical human job; it's a mind-bending challenge from Tiny Little Keys' debut game, Machine Yearning. Step into the robotic workforce and prove your human superiority in a world dominated by machines.
Tiny Little Keys, an American studio founded by former Google Machine Learning Engineer and lifelong gamer Daniel Ellis, is crafting intriguing games. Machine Yearning launches September 12th.
What is Machine Yearning?
It's a game where you apply for a robot-exclusive job. As a human, you must outwit a CAPTCHA system designed to detect imposters. The game aims to boost your cognitive abilities to at least 2005-level memory and processing speed.
Starting with word-shape associations, the difficulty escalates as you progress. You'll need to memorize these links while the game adds more words and colors, increasing the complexity.
Successfully completing the game lets you accessorize your robots with various hats—archer hats, cowboy hats, straw hats, and more. See a preview below!
Will You Play It?
Initially showcased at Ludum Dare, a renowned indie game jam, Machine Yearning won awards for "most fun title" and "most innovative title." Visit the official website for more information.
Launching September 12th on Android, this free-to-play game might just transform your brain into a supercomputer (just kidding!). Check out our other gaming news before you go! Conflict of Nations: WW3 introduces new reconnaissance missions and units for Season 14.
