Updated December 24, 2024: Another week has arrived for Destiny 2, bringing with it a fresh set of missions, challenges, and rewards. While Destiny 2 is currently in a transitional phase between acts, the game is facing a notable decline in player count. This issue, compounded by ongoing bugs, controversies, and other challenges, has created a unique situation for the community.

However, the festive spirit continues with Destiny 2's The Dawning event, offering players a final opportunity to bake cookies and earn rewards. Bungie has introduced a community challenge to enhance the drop rates of three rare emblems. Impressively, players have already baked over 3 million cookies for Commander Zavala, showcasing the community's dedication.

With the weekly reset, Destiny 2 offers a refreshed array of content, activities, and rewards for players to explore over the next week. Here's a comprehensive guide to everything new in Destiny 2 for the week of December 23, including Nightfalls, Crucible modes, and challenges.
