Battlecruisers is marking its fourth anniversary with a monumental update, the 'Trans Edition,' from the developers at Mecha Weka. This latest update enriches the game with a plethora of new single-player and multiplayer content, promising to keep players engaged for hours on end.
What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?
Get ready to command three new Cruisers: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, each bringing unique strengths to your fleet. The battlefield is expanding with the introduction of two new Buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, and two new Units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, enhancing strategic gameplay.
Your existing Cruisers are not left behind; they're getting a makeover with three new Bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler, offering fresh customization options to personalize your fleet further.
The update also introduces new Skirmish options, allowing you to choose from Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime, adding variety to your battles. PvP matches now feature an exciting countdown start and aircraft trails that match player colors, making every match visually distinct.
Balancing changes are a significant part of this update. Notable buffs include the Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate, which has jumped from 3x to 5x, and the Hammerhead’s health, increasing from 4000 to 4200. The ShipTurret sees a damage boost from 40 to 60, albeit with a reduced range from 19 to 16, ensuring dynamic gameplay adjustments.
Visual enhancements also make a splash with underwater transparency, allowing you to admire the wreckage of your defeated foes. The sea environment is now more realistically shaded, and the destruction of Cruisers and Ships is more visually striking than ever.
