What the KEBA eMobility App Can Do
- Remote Access: Stay connected to your wallbox from any location via the app. Please note that communication with the KeContact P30 c-series occurs through your local network only.
- Real-Time Status Updates: Instantly check whether your wallbox is actively charging, ready to charge, offline, or experiencing an error.
- Start/Stop Charging: Easily manage your charging process with a single tap—start or stop charging whenever needed.
- Adjust Charging Power: Set the maximum charging power to control your vehicle’s energy consumption and optimize charging times.
- Detailed Charging Insights: Monitor real-time data such as time, energy, power, and amperage during active sessions. Review past sessions in your charging history for deeper analysis.
- Energy Consumption Reports: Track and analyze your historical energy usage directly within the statistics section of the app.
- Setup Assistant: The integrated setup guide ensures your wallbox meets the necessary requirements for app compatibility and walks you through initial configuration until it's fully operational.
- Installer Mode: Guided step-by-step instructions help you configure and connect your P40 Wallbox right out of the box.
- Scheduled Charging: Automate start and stop times along with set maximum charging power using customizable power profiles (available via the KEBA eMobility Portal and applicable to P40, P30 x-series, company car wallboxes, and PV EDITION).
- Automatic Software Updates: Keep your wallbox running on the latest firmware by enabling automatic updates through the app (not available for standalone KeContact P30 c-series models).

App-Compatible KEBA Wallboxes
The KEBA eMobility App supports the following models:
- KeContact P40, P40 Pro, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, PV EDITION
- KeContact P30 c-series (no firmware update required)
Please note that charging stations operated by Charge Point Operators may not be compatible with the app, especially if you don’t have access to the web-interface password or serial number. For KeContact P30 c-series users, some functions may be limited compared to x-series models. Important Notes for Electrical Installers
- The DIP switch settings for P30 wallboxes must still be configured manually.
- All standard configurations available in the P30 web interface can now also be handled via the app.
- For KeContact P30 c-series models, proper DIP switch configuration is required to enable full UDP communication functionality (as outlined in the app’s setup guide).
- Basic settings for the KeContact P40 can be adjusted either via the KEBA eMobility App or directly on the device itself.
