Ancient Stars is a finely tuned 3V3 competitive game. It features a 2.5D combat system (2D hand-drawn heroes in 3D battle environments), blending the exhilaration of arcade fighters with the strategic depth of classic MOBAs. Easy to learn, fast-paced, and rich in strategy, it's pure fun! Matches typically last around 10 minutes. The gameplay revolves around a side-scrolling map and tower-pushing objectives, where victory is achieved by destroying the enemy base.
Ancient Stars currently boasts 22 unique heroes and 9 distinct character skins, each with its own flair. Every character comes with dedicated voice acting, offering an immersive experience that celebrates diverse global styles.
To bring the vibrant 2D hand-drawn heroes and animations to life, we enlisted the art director from Ironhide Studio to lead the visual design for Ancient Stars. That's right—the creative mind behind Kingdom Rush and Iron Marines. Each hero's visual design and skill effects have been meticulously crafted and polished! Furthermore, the sound effects, BGM, and audio elements are handled by a composer from Uruguay, ensuring that signature authentic flavor.
