Units are the in-game currency used to buy character cosmetics like skins and sprays. Browse the Shop tab in the main menu to view available items. Cosmetics don't affect gameplay; heroes and their abilities remain accessible regardless of purchases.
How to Get Units in Marvel Rivals
Units are primarily acquired through two methods: the Battle Pass and completing missions.
Battle Pass
Even the free Battle Pass track provides a substantial number of Units. Progressing through matches unlocks more Battle Pass tiers, granting Units as rewards. Some tiers also award Lattice, which can be exchanged for additional Units. While a paid Luxury track exists, the free track offers a viable path to earning Units.
Completing Missions
Season-specific missions offer a significant source of Units, along with other in-game currencies like Chrono Tokens and Lattice. Daily and weekly missions typically do not reward Units, so prioritize the Season missions.
