She Will Never Be Free
- Subtle Matter: Choose "Life is for the living"
- Dangerous Liaisons: Select [Escape]
- The Last Wish: Opt for [Fire]
In this ending, you align with Strelok, aiming to protect the Zone. To achieve this, you'll need to make enemies of all other factions. This involves rejecting Scar, escaping from Korshunov, and shooting Kaymanov. Strelok, a familiar character from previous titles, adds depth to this path, making it worthwhile to delve into their lore.
Project Y
- Subtle Matter: Choose "Life is for the living"
- Dangerous Liaisons: Select [Escape]
- The Last Wish: Opt for [Lower the Gun]
To unlock this ending, replicate the choices from "She Will Never Be Free," but instead of shooting Kaymanov, lower your gun and ally with him. Kaymanov, a man of science, believes in the Zone's right to evolve naturally, free from external control.
Today Never Ends
- Subtle Matter: Choose "Eternal spring"
- Dangerous Liaisons: Select [Escape]
- The Last Wish: N/A
This ending involves siding with Spark, led by Scar from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky. Helping Scar leads to him entering a pod to reach the Shining Zone. Notably, this path requires choices in only two of the three missions.
Brave New World

- Dangerous Liaisons: Select "I'm not your enemy"
- The Last Wish: N/A
Align with The Ward and Colonel Krushunov to pursue the eradication of the Zone. Like the Spark ending, this path involves choices in only two missions, streamlining your journey to this particular outcome.
