Autumn's chill brings a fiery hunt in Monster Hunter Now's Season 3: Curse of the Wandering Flames, launching September 12th, 2024, at 12 AM (UTC).
What's New in Season 3?
Prepare for intense battles against formidable foes: Magnamalo, Rajang, and Aknosom join the hunt! Previously unlocked via urgent quests, these monsters will now roam freely, testing your hunting prowess. Rajang even makes surprise appearances in Hunt-a-thons, though don't rely on the Monster Tracker to pinpoint his location – this one requires skill and luck!
Season 3 introduces the Heavy Bowgun, a powerful ranged weapon boasting two Special Skills. Depending on your Bowgun, unleash devastating Wyvernheart shots or pinpoint accuracy with Wyvernsnipe.
A highly anticipated feature arrives: cooking! Craft delicious Well-Done Steaks, offering unique in-game benefits. New hunter medals, equipment, and skills, such as the Hellfire Cloak, also await.
Note that some monsters are taking a temporary break: Radobaan, Banbaro, Tzitzi-Ya-Ku, and others will be absent at Season 3's launch but will return via urgent quests.
From September 2nd to October 6th, limited-time packs (Recovery Bargain Pack, Hunt Support Pack, and more) offering extra Potions and other goodies will be available in the in-game shop.
