The Monster Hunter Now 2025 Spring Festival is set to kick off on April 14th and will run through April 27th, bringing a host of exciting new content to the game. This seasonal update introduces new gear and a formidable new monster to the mix.
Who’s the New Monster?
Making its debut is the fearsome Ebony Odogaron, a variant that's far more aggressive than its standard counterpart. Distinguished by the black smoke it emits from its mouth, Ebony Odogaron can be encountered in diverse environments such as forests, deserts, swamps, and tundra. Be prepared for a challenging battle, as this monster boasts a fiercer temperament and a broader roaming area. During the Spring Festival 2025, you'll also encounter familiar faces like Kulu-Ya-Ku, adding to the event's diverse quest lineup.
Players can look forward to collecting Spring and Rainbow Eggs during the event. These eggs can be obtained by defeating monsters or participating in special Hunt-a-thons and are redeemable at the Event Exchange Hub for fantastic rewards.

On April 18th, the excitement ramps up with the introduction of Giant Egg Toys in Hunt-a-thons. Cracking these toys open will yield a substantial number of exchangeable Eggs. Throughout the event, limited-time quests will offer exclusive rewards, including the Spring Festival 2025 medal, a unique Guild Card background, and Spring 2025 Armor and Weapon Tickets.
