A variety of demons roam the Fortnite Hunters island, ranging from towering bosses to weaker foes that are easier to defeat. Each demon drops unique loot upon defeat, providing a reliable source of high-rarity gear. Here’s a guide to locating every demon in Fortnite.
Demon Warrior Spawn Points
Demon Warriors are among the first enemies players may face, spawning near active portals at specific map locations. While seven potential spawn points exist, only three appear per match. Below are the possible locations for Demon Warriors:
- Shogun's Solitude
- Spiral Shoots (south of Masked Meadows)
- Kappa Kappa Farm (far south of Shining Span)
- Overlook Lighthouse (northeast of Shining Span)
- Lost Lake
- Along the river northeast of Magic Mosses
- West of Flooded Frogs
Demon Warriors are manageable opponents, wielding either an Oni Mask or a Typhoon Blade and accompanied by two Demon Grunts. Defeating them yields the following rewards:
- Typhoon Blade, Void Oni Mask, or Fire Oni Mask
- Void or Fire Boon
- Epic Weapon
- Shield Potion
Demon Lieutenant at Forecast Towers
Demon Lieutenants appear near active Forecast Towers, with five towers scattered across the island. Only two activate after the second storm circle closes, marked on the map. Their locations include:
- North of Masked Meadows
- East of the Bird
- Southwest of Lost Lake
- Northeast of Brutal Boxcars
- Northwest of Shining Span
When a tower activates, a Demon Lieutenant arrives via rift with two Demon Grunts. Defeating them grants:
- Forecast Tower Access Card
- Chug Splashes
- Shield Potion
- Epic Fury or Holo Twister Assault Rifle
Using the Forecast Tower Access Card at a tower reveals future safe zones.
Night Rose Encounter
Night Rose, a formidable boss, awaits at Demon's Dojo. Players must navigate multiple phases, targeting her puppeteer form’s eyes before damaging her directly. Defeating Night Rose provides:
- Night Rose Medallion
- Night Rose Veiled Precision SMG
- Night Rose's Void Oni Mask
- Shield Potion
Shogun X Battle Zones
Initial Phase Location
Shogun X stands out, appearing in random map locations during his first phase, marked for players to track. Defeating him in this phase yields:
- One of the following Mythic Enhanced Weapons
- Oni Shotgun
- Sentinel Pump Shotgun
- Twin Mag Shotgun
- Surgefire SMG
- Holo Twister Assault Rifle
- Fury Assault Rifle
- Void Boon
- Shield Potion
After defeat, Shogun X teleports to another location, repeating this phase until the fourth circle.
Final Phase Location
In his second phase, Shogun X appears at Shogun's Arena, a floating POI that emerges during the fourth circle. This phase mirrors the first but offers different rewards:
- Shogun X Medallion
- Shogun X's Typhoon Blade
- Shogun X's Fire Oni Mask
- Shield Potion
Defeating demons and collecting their loot progresses the Weekly Quest to gather items from eliminated demons.
