Tracking down five poacher groups in the wilds during *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*'s Bird of Prey quest is no walk in the park. The game doesn't hand you their locations on a silver platter, so a little detective work is required. This guide provides precise locations and strategies for each poacher.
Where to Find Poachers in Bird of Prey
Poacher #1
Finding the first poacher is relatively straightforward. After initiating the Bird of Prey quest, head north of the pond, enter the forest, and navigate through the taller shrubs. You'll soon stumble upon his camp. While you could resort to violence, a peaceful approach is recommended to avoid reputation penalties. This poacher is easily persuaded to surrender; you can then choose to let him go or report him to the bailiff. Remember to collect a piece of his equipment as proof.
Poacher #2
Poacher #2 proves trickier. While speaking to quest markers might help narrow the search, the image above pinpoints his location. This poacher is more resistant and may require high persuasion skills to avoid a confrontation.
Poacher #3
This poacher's trail leads to Slatego Forest (information from Gravedigger Ignatius near Apollonia helps). Be prepared for a wolf encounter. The poacher's camp is initially empty, but further west, you'll find wolves feasting on his remains. Collect equipment from the scene as proof.
Poacher #4
This encounter involves three poachers deep in the woods. Instead of a fight, focus on gathering evidence: a deer carcass, a deer skin, and a hanging deer carcass. Examining these items provides the necessary proof to report to the gamekeeper, who will then handle the arrests.
Poacher #5
The final poacher is Hans, located near rocks on the western edge of the indicated area. Since Henry can't apprehend his old friend, collect Hans's poaching kit as evidence.
This completes the Bird of Prey quest. Remember: non-lethal solutions are preferable to maintain your reputation.
