Many officiants keep records of marriage certificates (Kabinnama) in notebooks for easy retrieval, often searching by the bride's first initial and year of marriage. This method presents three key problems: 1) the need to manually record the information, which is sometimes neglected; 2) the risk of losing the notebook; and 3) difficulty in locating specific certificates.
This app solves these issues by allowing Kazis to digitally store key Kabinnama information: bride's name, father's name, marriage year, book number, and page number. Later, searching by bride's name and marriage year alone quickly retrieves the book and page where the certificate is registered. This digital record eliminates the risk of loss. Data can be deleted as needed. Information can be entered quickly on the day of the marriage ceremony. The app allows users to view all their saved Kabinnama information together, ensuring privacy as one user cannot access another's data. Searching is flexible, allowing searches by the first initial of the name, the full name, or the year of marriage.
