Obtaining Resins

Your success rate will significantly increase (10-20%) with the Kraken Rod and favorable server luck. Without these advantages, the success rate drops considerably (approximately 0.04%). You'll need to catch three Resins in total.

Final Steps
Once you've collected three Resins, return to the Bubble Mermaid, pay her the required amount ($C25,000), and present the Resins. You will then receive the Water Bubble as a usable item.
