Drug Dealer Simulator Schedule I continues its meteoric rise on Steam, maintaining its status as one of the platform's most-played games. The developer, Tyler, has now released the first significant post-launch update, version 0.3.4, along with detailed patch notes. This update is currently available for testing on the beta branch, as announced on the game’s Steam page. Tyler mentioned that the update will remain on the beta branch for a day or two before a full release, and players can opt into the beta to experience it early.
“This beta doesn't quite contain 100% of the features coming in the full release,” Tyler explained. “I'll be adding a few more decorative objects tomorrow [April 8]. I wanted to get this beta out ASAP so that the new wall-mounted objects and pawn shop interface can be thoroughly trialed.”

Upon its launch, Schedule I became the top-selling game on Steam, surpassing big titles like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals. Its popularity skyrocketed across social media, Twitch, and YouTube. In the game, players evolve from small-time drug dealers to kingpins, managing the manufacture and distribution of various drugs in the gritty city of Hyland Point. Players can expand their empire by acquiring properties, businesses, and hiring employees.
Developed and published by TVGS, the Australian indie developer Tyler, described the game's launch as "amazing but pretty overwhelming." Tyler shared on Reddit, "I never expected this kind of response! At the moment, I’m just trying to stay focused and get patches out ASAP. Also looking forward to getting started on content updates as soon as all major bugs are patched."
