Lilith Games' military strategy MMO, Warpath, receives a major naval update introducing a comprehensive Naval Force system with nearly 100 meticulously detailed ships. This update fundamentally alters gameplay.
Warpath's Navy Update Deployed
Players can command powerful vessels like the Nimitz-Class Aircraft Carrier for long-range air strikes, the stealthy Project 971 Submarine for surprise attacks, and the guided-missile equipped Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyer for precise, devastating bombardments. Each ship accurately reflects its real-world counterpart's combat capabilities.
The Naval Force is categorized into six distinct combat types:
- Submarines: Masters of stealth, utilizing their Silent Running ability.
- Anti-Submarine Frigates: Swift hunters, specifically designed to counter submarines.
- Aircraft Carriers: Long-range powerhouses, launching devastating air strikes.
- Anti-Aircraft Destroyers: Protecting the skies and engaging surface threats.
- Armored Destroyers: Slow but heavily armored, acting as frontline damage sponges.
- Guided Missile Destroyers: Long-range specialists, ideal for targeting enemy bases from a distance.

Lilith Games has implemented a refined balance system, encouraging strategic gameplay. Submarines can ambush carriers, but risk being countered by agile frigates. Armored Destroyers withstand significant damage, while missile destroyers provide long-range firepower.
