Rest and recuperation are vital in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Sleeping fully restores your health, eliminating the need for excessive food and potions. Here's how to find a place to catch some Z's.
How to Get a Bed and Sleep in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Early in the game, securing a bed is paramount. During the "Wedding Crashers" quest, you'll choose to follow either the blacksmith (Radovan) or the miller (Kreyzl). Both will eventually provide you with a place to sleep. In my playthrough, I chose Radovan in Tachov due to its proximity to the starting area. Complete his smithing tutorial, and you'll gain access to a bed in the room next to the forge.

This bed will be marked on your world map as your designated sleeping spot. A nearby chest provides convenient storage. Whenever you need to heal, return here to rest.
Sleeping at Campsites
Sometimes, reaching your bed isn't feasible. Fortunately, numerous campsites dot the roadsides and forests. Some may be occupied by bandits—deal with them first—while others are empty. Campsites are marked on your map, and you can interact with the bedrolls to sleep. While not as comfortable as a proper bed, they serve the purpose.
Sleeping in an NPC's bed is a last resort. If caught, you might face a confrontation with the guards unless you can talk your way out of trouble.
