The DMCA targeted user-created content within Garry's Mod, specifically "unauthorized Skibidi Toilet Garry's Mod" games. The sender claimed significant revenue was generated from these games, which featured characters like Titan Cameraman, Titan Speakerman, and Titan TV Man—characters the sender asserted were protected by registered copyrights.
