Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility
The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility, forcing the use of gas masks due to toxic gases. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. After the cutscene, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.
Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucinatory effects of the gas). Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.
Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook
Follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room. After defeating them, a mannequin holds the Yellow card, but interacting with it summons an abomination.
Before engaging the abomination, collect armor plates, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook from the surrounding area. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card from its remains.
Obtaining the Green Card
Use the grappling hook to reach higher ledges and escape the A.C.R. room. To find the Green Card, grapple to the Administration Facility from the security desk. Another phone call initiates a puzzle: locate four documents and place them in the file display area.
Mannequins will pursue you; maintain distance by sprinting. The documents are located: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and one in the cafe. After placing the documents, a red mannequin attacks; subdue it with the grappling hook until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green Card.
Securing the Blue and Red Cards
Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone call and locate the Blue Card within a glass chamber. A mimic will appear; lure it out by shooting moving objects to defeat it and collect the card.
For the Red Card, proceed to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the card. Use the grappling hook to reach the top, jump into the pool, and swim through a red tunnel. Climb ladders, eliminate zombies, and use a blacklight code to unlock a door. Complete a timed drain switch puzzle (three switches). Defeat the Mangler and its horde to acquire the Red Card.
Confronting the Disciple
Return to the security desk and insert all four cards. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone, triggering a final confrontation with countless zombies and the Disciple. Completing this encounter reveals the entire sequence as a hallucination.
