With the treasure map in hand, your next step is to locate the actual treasure. Descend from the lighthouse and head to the nearby river. Follow the water north until you reach a broken bridge, located just northeast of the Old Pargrun Wall and the Western Pargrun Wall Beacon fast travel point.
Move to the southern end of the structure and prepare to dive into the river bed. Swim westward to find an opening that leads to a cave. Inside the cave, on solid ground, you'll discover a chest containing the unique Wind and Wave shield, the treasure you seek.
