Anime streaming giant Crunchyroll has a new game: PictoQuest, a charming puzzle RPG now available on Android. This retro-styled RPG is exclusive to Crunchyroll Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan subscribers.
The Story of PictoQuest
In the land of Pictoria, legendary paintings have vanished! Your mission: recover them. This involves solving picross-style puzzles, battling enemies, and ultimately confronting the mischievous wizard, Moonface.
Gameplay
PictoQuest blends picross puzzles with RPG elements. You'll use numbered grid edges as clues to recreate images. Enemies attack while you solve, and your health points act as a timer. Earn gold to purchase healing potions and power-ups in the in-game shop. Complete missions from villagers scattered across the world map.
