Gameplay Details:
Each player receives 8 cards, with the remaining cards forming the draw pile. The top card of the draw pile starts the discard pile. On your turn, play a card matching the top discard card's color, number, or power. If you can't play, draw a card. Then, pass your turn.
Stacking Rule: Multiple "+2" and "+2 WILD" cards can be stacked to increase the penalty for the next player. However, you cannot play a "+2" on top of another "+2 WILD."
The first player to discard all their cards wins the round. The game concludes when a player achieves a predetermined score.
