Xbox Game Pass January 2025 Lineup: New Games and Departures

Microsoft has unveiled the first Xbox Game Pass lineup of 2025, confirming several anticipated titles and announcing departures. The month begins with a mix of new releases and returning favorites, catering to various tastes.

New Arrivals:

The January 2025 additions include a diverse range of games across genres. Leading the charge is the critically acclaimed Road 96, available now for all Game Pass tiers (including PC). This choice-driven adventure returns to the service after a previous stint. Joining Road 96 on January 8th are Lightyear Frontier (Preview), My Time at Sandrock, Robin Hood – Sherwood Builders, and Rolling Hills. Rounding out the month, UFC 5 and Diablo arrive on January 14th. Note that Diablo is exclusive to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, while UFC 5 is a Game Pass Ultimate exclusive.

January 2025 Game Pass Additions:

  • Road 96 (Available Now)

Departures:

While new games arrive, several titles are leaving the service on January 15th: Common'hood, Escape Academy, Exoprimal, Figment, Insurgency Sandstorm, and Those Who Remain.

Game Pass Ultimate Perks:

In addition to the new games, Game Pass Ultimate subscribers also receive new perks, including a weapon charm for Apex Legends and DLC packs for First Descendant, Vigor, and Metaball, all available from January 7th.
