Initiating The Lion's Crest:
Upon completing the tutorial and accessing the open world, locate the scribe Gaibl in Troskowitz. He will present you with a riddle and the smithing recipe for Brunswick's polearm. You'll need to gather the necessary materials to craft the weapon at a blacksmith's forge.
Solving the Riddle:
The riddle reads:
"Take your leave of crone and maiden, standing tall behind the gates, boldly go towards true midnight, in caverns cold your prize awaits. Pass through the hall of forest kings, hidden deep from hunters’ gaze, standing tall two guards of stone, behind who yearned for treasure lays. Between then stands a mighty rock, a subtle niche yet deeper still, a place to give one’s heart to God, behold my armour gleaming still."
This cryptic message leads you on a treasure hunt. The "Crone Tower" and "Maiden Tower" are within Trosky Castle. Exit the castle via the northern gates and proceed north through the forest.
Follow the path, watching the left side for rocky formations with crevices. Navigate these to discover a cave containing a chapel. Examine the cross near the rock to find the first piece of Brunswick's Armour and two treasure maps.
Locating the Treasure:

Map 1: Continue west on the road from the chapel to a crossroads. Head north into the woods to a wolf den. The second armor piece is in a bag near the trees above the den.
Map 2: Travel to the outpost at Vidlak Pond. Behind the fisherman's house, find a large rock formation along the cliffs. A chest containing the next armor piece sits near a cross atop the rocks.
Map 3: Fast travel to Zhelejov. Leave the tavern and cross two bridges towards Tachov. After the second bridge, take a small path to the river and forest. Follow this path to a hill; the armor is in a bag near a large tree at the hill's summit.
Map 4: The final map leads to a hill between the Nomads’ Camp and Bozhena’s Hut. Locate rocks with a cross; the final armor piece is there.
