Gathering the Runekeys: Five Runekeys are needed to summon Thrayir. Each key requires a unique method of acquisition during the Storm event:

Whirling Runekey: Defeat Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn in the Forgotten Vault's southernmost room during a Storm.

Torrential Runekey: Collect seven Torrential Fragments dropped by any enemy on Siren's Isle during a Storm.

Thunderous Runekey: Gather five Thunderous Fragments from chests across Siren's Isle. Unlike other fragments, these can be found regardless of the Storm phase.

Cyclonic Runekey: Fish anywhere on Siren's Isle during a Storm, or obtain it as a possible drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.
