Project Zomboid presents a challenging survival experience, even in multiplayer. Overwhelm by hordes and resource scarcity remain constant threats. However, for learning or collaborative (or mischievous!) gameplay, admin commands offer significant control. Multiplayer game hosts automatically possess admin privileges, but these can be extended to others.
How to Use Admin Commands in Project Zomboid
Admin command usage requires admin status on the server. The host of a Listen server is automatically an admin. To grant admin access to other players, use the following command in the in-game chat:
/setaccessleveladmin
