Mutt's Location:
Mutt is situated near a wolf den southwest of the Nomads' Camp and east of the river's bathing area. The image below pinpoints his exact location.
Fast travel to the Nomads' Camp for the easiest route. Follow the path southwest into the woods; this will likely lead you directly to the cave. You'll hear Mutt's whimpers as you approach. He's in a clearing near the cave, surrounded by wolves.
