For MapleStory fans, this is exciting news! Following a soft launch in late 2024, MapleStory Worlds is officially launching on mobile and PC. While intrigued, I also hold some reservations about MapleStory Worlds. The game's charming pixel art is undeniably appealing, yet widespread enthusiasm among long-time fans hasn't been overwhelmingly apparent.
However, the promise of diverse experiences—from platformers to zombie survival games and more—makes it a potentially compelling standalone platform. Its success will depend on player reception following its full launch.
