There are so many games on the Play Store that have got zombies in them. We could probably fill about three websites if we started listing them all. But that would be crazy, and take us far too much time, so we thought it’d be a better idea to write a list of what we think are the best Android zombie games.
There are shooters, there are board games, there are adventures, there’s even a word game. They’re all really good, and we think you should play them all.

The Best Android Zombie Games
Now for the titles.
Death Road to Canada
A gore-and-humor-soaked road trip that sees you and a bunch of friends trying to drive away from the zombie apocalypse. There are hordes of flesh-eating ghouls, an awesome pixel-art graphical style, and loads more. It’s a premium game too.
Radiation Island
An open-world survival game set on an irradiated island. You need to fight, craft, and survive. There are zombies, there are bears, and there are other things to fight against. It’s big, it’s fun and it’s pretty challenging. This one’s premium too.
Into the Dead 2
An auto-running, zombie-smashing thrill. There’s an arcade pulse to the experience that makes you want to jump in and try again every time you’re bitten down to the quick. This one’s free with IAP.
Undead Horde
Okay, this one has more to do with necromancy than more traditional zombies, but it’s still really, really good. You’re building an army of the undead, adding troops from your defeated foes, and having a whale of a time doing it. This one’s a premium release as well.
Zombicide: Tactics and Shotguns
A board game with a zombie slaughtering twist that mixes strategy, dice rolling, and more than a dollop of gore. There’s a lot to love here, and it’s hard not to get addicted when it kicks in. It’s another premium one as well.
Plants Vs Zombies
The classic casual defence game from PopCap, Plants Vs Zombies sees you trying to defend your home from the hordes of dead, using only the floral fighters cultivated in your garden. Use flowers and crops’ unique powers to build a formidable defensive line… or make peace with having your brain eaten.
Dead Venture: Zombie Survival
Guns are boring, it’s much more fun mowing zombies down in a big truck. That’s kinda the basis of Dead Venture. It’s loads of fun, and crazy in all the right ways, and it’s hard not to play with a smile on your face. This one’s free with IAPs.
Zombies, Run!
If you’re eager to get more in shape, but feel like you lack motivation to push yourself on a jog, then maybe gameify, and terrify the state of your workout with Zombies, Run! This game/fitness app combo gives you a good reason to get faster, as you take on the role of a survivor in the middle of an undead apocalypse, complete with rounds where you need to outrun the zeds closing in on your location. A perfect way to make you pick up your feet.
Dead Trigger 2
A classic zombie FPS that sees you spraying bullets into the undead and laughing as they collapse. It’s tough, it’s entertaining, and it’s got a whole bunch of content for you to sink your fangs into. This one’s free to play with IAP.
